Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers is Hiring a Field Training Specialist Near Carolina, NC

Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Center Services LLC ("Greenbrook") is seeking an enthusiastic Field Training Specialist to support various regions in the Eastern footprint including North Carolina, South Carolina, and other adjacent locations (as needed). Under Corporate Training supervision and in partnership with Operations and other departments, the Field Training Specialist will be responsible for facilitating onboarding training for new Greenbrook hires, as well as continuing education for existing staff. Training will occur in-person and virtually, as needed, and will include one-on-one and small group sessions.

The Field Training Specialist will be required to travel up to 50% (including overnight) to support required training initiatives.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of relevant materials to become proficient in all required clinical and administrative training areas.
  • Working closely with newly hired employees to develop the skills and knowledge needed to successfully meet all Behavioral Health Technician position expectations.
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of a rolling training class schedule that aligns with the current curriculum/company needs.
  • Communicating closely with the Corporate Training team to ensure continuity of materials and implementation of best practices.
  • Coordinating and performing administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
  • Developing relationships with local staff, management, and providers to ensure that regional training requirements are being addressed effectively to support operational business needs.
  • Delegating attention and personal resources equitably throughout assigned regions to support operational goals and other strategic objectives.
  • Assisting with the development and updating of supplemental training materials, as needed.
  • Participating in evaluating the effectiveness of training and development programs, utilizing relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.
  • Completing and maintaining all training and other certifications, as required by the position and organization.
  • Adhering to and upholds all applicable federal and state compliance requirements, the Greenbrook TMS Code of Conduct, the Greenbrook TMS HR Manual, policies and procedures, and applicable healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse laws.
  • Understanding, complying with, and enforcing all Greenbrook TMS policies, procedures, codes of conduct, and OSHA and HIPAA privacy rules.
  • Other related duties, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Training, or another related field preferred (High School Diploma, Associate Degree, and/or other certification may be considered with additional years of applicable work/managerial experience).
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a training, lead, or other teaching capacity (applicable job related experience for internal applicants may be considered in lieu of previous training experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned regions to support all designated centers.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.
  • A satisfactory background check inclusive of driving records, criminal records, employment references, education, Social Security and OIG/GSA exclusions.

  • Strong commitment to the provision of outstanding internal and external customer service.
  • Capacity to maintain professionalism (both in appearance and demeanor) while interfacing compassionately and appropriately with a diverse patient, and staff population in a mental-health setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a remote work environment.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with willingness to learn and provide flexible support as needed.
  • Dedication to collaborative teamwork and creative problem-solving.
